Ventilator Hand Setter 1"

This 2-piece ventilator setting tool is designed specifically for installing 1" ventilators in upholstery, mattress, and cushion applications. Built for clean, consistent results when used with proper punches and mallets.

• Application: Sets 1" ventilators
• Set includes: 2-piece base and setting tool
• Compatible with: Osborne punches and rawhide mallets

Installation Instructions:

1. Punch a 3/4" hole in the material.
   
2. Lay the ventilator neck-up on the base. Place the material over the ventilator, then slip the ventilator ring on bow side up.
3. Using an Osborne No. 196 Rawhide Mallet, apply a few even taps to properly set the ventilator.
